So, here we are. Embarking on another journey through something new, from perfectionist to parent. I felt like it deserved a new platform, which resulted in this lovely cyber space. Here with you!
My name is Vega, I’m 28 and live in south of Sweden with my person and two cats. And a little tiny human on the way, arriving very soon. It’s kind of an unreal feeling actually. Unreal and very real at the same time. But I guess that’s just how it’s supposed to be.
I’m curious to hear from more of you here on this platform. I thought it could be some kind of space for all of us to share the ups, downs and thoughts of life and imperfect parenting. Whether you’re a mom to a fur baby or a human one, you’re welcome here!
As a recovering perfectionist (and an obvious virgo sun), our summer baby is marking the beginning of a new chapter. It feels big, and small at the same time. Like learning a lot of new things at the same time as you’re preparing for your whole life to change.
Don’t misunderstand me. I’m over the moon excited, while also curious to see what challenges awaits our tiny family. From how the cats react when the tiny person has arrived, to how my boyfriend will take on our new life. I’d almost say he’s even more excited than me. It’s very cute actually.

Here is our other baby, Esther. The biggest cuddle bug ever and my forever nap friend. We truly had the biggest luck in pets. Do you have any pets? I’d love to see.
